Knowledge is Power!

Throughout the real estate process, from the time I meet my clients to well after we close on their current sale or purchase (or often both), I provide information about what my clients need to do and know.

Meetings, email instructions and clear documentation in hard copy and online ensure that information is covered several times throughout the transaction. My clients have many opportunities to receive and understand the process and their role in it.

Every client, and every transaction, is different. I customize my services to each experience, so my clients feel comfortable. The biggest difference I have discovered, in years of experience, is how much or how little people want to know about what is going on in the background.

I err on the side of providing too much information, so they get the choice to explore and learn if they choose, or to leave the heavy lifting to me and simply follow instructions, trusting that I am going do my job well and they can stick to what they do and know best.

Either way, they have a library of useful information if and when they need it, and I make myself available during and after the transaction to help them with anything that comes up.

As the real estate professional, I take care of an assortment of tasks and duties, and have an extensive knowledge base, that they never even know about, so their experience is smooth and seamless.
